Executive Development Program
The program
The program relies on individual initiative, the support of a group of like-minded people and the guidance of the trainer(s).
In each of the modules there are
- Preparation materials
- A keynote speech on the main topic
- A call-to-action: a case study or exercise to practice, discuss, and reinforce selected topics. This is followed by a “homework assignment” in which participants work in small groups to explore the transfer to their work environment.
What I particularly liked is the interrelated context of agility, corporate culture as well as dynamics of change processes. In this context, the content was aimed at strategic, long-term and value-driven development. I consider myself well armed by the input to dive into familiar complexities and test out mediated ideas with a refreshed focus. I recommend the program to everyone for their own agile travel planning.
